（一）增加《企业微信成员增删申请》模块

  为了推动智慧校园建设，企业微信工作模板中将新增《企业微信成员增删申请》模块，通过该模块可以为新员工、兼职老师等需要加入willhill企业微信人员提供申请通道，提高申请效率，方便员工办公信息化。

（二）提高员工电脑网络安全通知

   willhill员工的电脑是willhill的“神经末梢”，很容易感染上一些如木马、蠕虫等病毒，也很可能会在内部蔓延，甚至导致整个网络瘫痪。为保障willhill网络安全，以下各项需willhill员工严格遵守执行。

1. 使用者电脑需要全部安装杀毒软件，禁止卸载。

2.禁止访问有安全隐患的网站。

3.每一台电脑在一周内，至少全盘扫描一次。

4.使用者需要每周检查客户端电脑杀毒软件病毒库的升级情况。若发现不是最新，要及时升级病毒库。

5.使用者有责任对移动媒介进行病毒扫描，比如U盘，移动硬盘等不安全的资源。

6.使用者要关注，对于潜在危险的邮件，不要打开和运行可疑的邮件。

7.使用者电脑上相关密码要使用强密码（位数8位以上，含大写字母、小写字母、数字等）。

8.使用者要及时做好电脑数据备份工作，避免当硬盘损害或中毒时数据丢失无法找回。

(2) Improve the staff computer network security notice

The computer of the school staff is the "nerve terminal" of the school, which is easily infected with some viruses such as Trojan horses and worms. It is also likely to spread inside and even cause the whole network to break down. In order to ensure the safety of the school network, the following items should be strictly observed by the school staff.

1. All antivirus software must be installed on the user's computer.

2. Block access to websites with security risks.

3. Scan every computer at least once a week.

4. Users need to check the upgrade of the antivirus database of the client computer every week. If the virus database is not up to date, update it in time.

5. Users are responsible for virus scanning of mobile media, such as U disk, mobile hard disk and other insecure resources.

6. Users should pay attention to potentially dangerous emails. Do not open or run suspicious emails.

7. Use a strong password (more than 8 digits, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, etc.) on the user's computer.

8. Users should do a good job of computer data backup in time to avoid data loss and unretrievable when hard disk damage or poisoning occurs.
