The Signing and Unveiling Ceremony of Suzhou Centennial College and Cambridge Linguaskill College-Enterprise Cooperation in 2022
On 17th November 2022, the signing and unveiling ceremony of Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) and Cambridge Linguaskill (Linguaskill) College-Enterprise Cooperation has been successfully launched. Zhang Keran, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, and Li Li, Manager of Cambridge Linguaskill signed the college-enterprise cooperation agreement during this ceremony.
In the context of executing the 14th Five-Year Plan and EOTI Action Plan of SCC, the teaching and learning model in the post-epidemic era focuses on digitization, networking and intelligence. SCC highlights and supports this college-enterprise cooperation agreement by establishing the signing and unveiling ceremony as one of the important agendas of the SCC ‘Month of Academic’.
Linguaskill is a quick and convenient online test to help organizations check the English levels of individuals and groups of candidates, powered by Artificial Intelligence technology. It tests all four language skills – speaking, writing, reading and listening – in modules.
On the afternoon of November 17th, the leadership team of the School of Liberal Arts gave a warm reception to the representative from Linguaskill.

Prior to the signing and unveiling ceremony, President Dr. Peng Zhenyun on behalf of college leadership team gave a warm welcome and delivered an important speech. He expressed that the development of SCC is based on different organizations. Particularly, when it comes to the issue of improving students’ English proficiency, Linguaskill plays an important role. SCC and Linguaskill are expected to cooperate further aiming at enhancing teachers’ and students’ English levels.
During the ceremony, Zhang Keran, Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, signed the college-enterprise cooperation agreement with Li Li, Manager of Linguaskill. They both unveiled the plaque. Then all the guests conducted an in-depth work plan discussion.

This successful ceremony is not only helpful to the effective integration and allocation of college-enterprise resources but also beneficial to students in SCC who can attain access to diverse and practical training platforms.
