In the season of early summer, with colors of red passion and green vitality, the School of Business held a team-building activity on April 22nd, 2023. The purpose was to help students relax and relieve stress while enhancing internal cohesion and overall centripetal force within the institution. It aimed to promote positive communication, mutual trust, and teamwork among professors and students.

The activity, themed "Hiking in the 'Business' Spring Scenery, Learning New Spirit", was held at PARTY KING Sports District. This one-stop party base caters to the social and sports interests of modern young people. The venue features sports as its main theme, including four major functional areas: sports, entertainment, shops, and dining, creating a healthy sports and entertainment environment where young people can gather and participate in various activities.

Before the activity, participants gathered at a designated location for a detailed briefing on the event's theme, schedule, and related requirements. After some simple yet enjoyable warm-up activities, everyone was ready to participate in the team-building exercises.

The team-building activities included various light sports activities such as roller skating, bowling, baseball, table games, archery, racquetball, darts, and more. Each activity posed a personal challenge as well as a test of teamwork. During the activity, participants worked together towards a common goal, overcoming one challenge after another, and presenting touching scenes that perfectly illustrated the essence of teamwork.

In addition to enhancing individuals' willpower and teamwork spirit, the team-building activity aimed to enhance the sense of coordination, innovation, collaboration, and unity within the team. Participants were encouraged to work together, overcome difficulties and challenges together, and surpass themselves during each challenge.

Overall, the team-building activity fostered a sense of camaraderie and teamwork among participating professors and students. It provided a platform for communication, trust, unity, and cooperation, which are crucial values for fostering a positive learning environment.
